Payment

We accept the following forms of payment: direct deposit, cheque, payment with Visa or Mastercard via PayPal. Please note that items will not be posted until confirmation of cleared funds.

All prices are in Australian dollars, include GST and subject to change.

Postage & handling

We ship all our products with Australia Post via Express or Registered mail. Items are posted within 48hrs of funds being cleared.

Due to the shape, size or weight of some items, and additional postage charge may apply. Any additional postage charge will ne noted in the item details page and are not affected by member benefits, promotions or any other discounts.

Returns & refunds

If a product is not as described or is faulty on arrival it should be returned to 3 Gen within 10 days for a replacement with details of the fault. If no exact replacement is available then a refund will be given or the option to choose another item of equal value.

We do not refund for change of mind.

We do our best to package items for their protection and yours to prevent damage once it leaves our store. We are not responsible for damage caused during transit - this should be taken up with Australia Post.

Product descriptions

We do our best to describe all our products but due to the various monitor and colour discrepancies the item may differ slightly in colour from what is visible on the screen.

Length measurements are taken from clasp to closure on necklaces and bracelets and from the top of the hook on earrings.

Privacy

3 Gen respects your privacy and will never sell, pass on or give away any information collected through the 3 Gen website.
